Always leave 6.5 cm of space above the baking dish when using an oven or grill. And never place the baking dish on the bottom of the oven, always on a grill or baking tray. If you use the microwave, only cover the top of the baking dish. The handles of the baking dish can get hot, so be careful when removing the dish from the microwave.
DO NOT put a frozen dish in a preheated oven. Instead, place the baking dish with the frozen dish in the cold oven and then set the desired temperature.
